Justin is a long time resident of Invermere BC, originally hailing from Vancouver Island. Justin is no stranger to the dynamic world of entrepreneurship. With experience in fast food, casual dining, and even car rentals, he is always focused on providing the best experience for his guests and customers. When the idea arose to build a distillery, Justin was excited for the opportunity to involve his guests, often bringing sample bottles to the restaurant to get feedback from long time customers. With his background and passion, it is no question why he received multiple offers on Dragon's Den. Always looking to create new and exciting spirits for our customers, you just need to simply ask Justin what is next, and he will tell you! (just be prepared to have a few minutes). Justin lives in Invermere with his wife and three kids. When not at the distillery you can find Justin on the lake or hanging out with friends around a fire, maybe enjoying a cocktail.

Not just another  fun spirited Aussie but like most others came for the snow but fell in love with the mountains! With a background in sales from the age of 16 moving on to become a mechanic with qualifications in both heavy Diesel and light Automotive. Chris loves adventure even working in Antarctica for a season in which he says seeing Penguins at his front door was an Amazing highlight. Chris has a passion for extreme sports including racing motorsport and back country Snowboarding. His passion is now distilling and is always trying to learn new techniques to improve his craft.
