A friend once said, "Gin doesn't belong in tiki drinks", well, I clearly disagreed :P. Here's a gin riff on a Jungle bird using a very citrus forward gin that Taynton Bay had sent over for me to play around with (Thanks guys!). I also swapped out the syrup for grenadine to add a bit more fruit into the mix and to cut down a little bit of the bitterness. - 🍹📷: @the.secondshot
50ml Sunset 42 Gin
30ml Pineapple Juice
15ml Campari
15ml Grenadine
20ml Lime
Pour ingredients over ice.
Garnish with a pineapple chunk.
