1 oz Irish Cream Liqueur (like Baileys)
2 oz Freshly brewed Espresso or strong Cold Brew Coffee
Ice
3 Coffee Beans (for garnish)
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add the Taynton Bay Espresso Vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish cream, and espresso or cold brew coffee.
Securely close the lid and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
Strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice.
Garnish with three coffee beans.
Tips for a Superior Shaft: Coffee Quality Matters: Use freshly brewed espresso or high-quality cold brew for the best flavor. Chill Your Ingredients: For a smoother, more refreshing drink, chill your espresso or cold brew coffee before mixing. Ice is Key: Use plenty of ice in both the shaker and the glass to keep your Shaft nicely chilled. Garnish with Flair: A few coffee beans add a touch of elegance and aroma. You can also try a light dusting of cocoa powder or a cinnamon stick.
